What we collect
When you contact us by form, email, or phone we process your name, contact details, and the content of your message so we can reply and, if relevant, prepare an order or visit.
Legal bases
We process data to take steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to pursue legitimate interests in running a local nursery website (Art. 6(1)(f)), and where required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)). Cookie preferences are stored based on your consent where optional tools are used (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted or archived according to Austrian commercial record rules where they form part of a sale.
